By Car

We highly recommend you arrive by car this year. Simply follow the brown signs from the B3247 and enter the park at the Main Entrance underneath the grand arch.

Parking Charges

The car parks are owned by Cornwall Council and it’s £3 per vehicle. Pay by coins only at a pay and display machine or on the RingGo App.

Blue Badge and Annual pass holders are FREE.

IMPORTANT!

Maker Church car park is closed and locked promptly at dusk. Please use the Barrow Centre car park for Wonder Nights, which is conveniently located close to the attraction entrance and also illuminated after dusk.

Disabled Parking

The designated disabled parking area at Mount Edgcumbe is located next to the Stables Courtyard. Please follow the signs closely on arrival as these six disabled bays are not located in the main car parks.

No problem – please call us on 0371 789 1024 so that we can make arrangements for your arrival.


By Ferry

The Cremyll passenger ferry departs from the city centre every 30 minutes from Admiral’s Hard (PL1 3RJ) at 15 and 45 past the hour. On arrival at Cremyll quay simply walk to the mansion by following the concrete drive, which takes about 15 minutes. Return ferries are at 00 and 30 past the hour.

IMPORTANT!

If you are visiting in the late afternoon, then please bring a torch to safely aide your family back to the quay. This path is not illuminated. Don’t miss the last ferry back at 6.30pm. For more information please click HERE.

Bus – Service 34/34a departs Theatre Royal every 15 minutes to Admiral’s Hard.
Parking
– FREE parking available at Strand Street (PL1 3RJ) and at Devil’s Point (PL1 3RS) nearby.


By Bus

If you live locally consider catching the bus to us. Service 70/70a/70b all come here and go via Royal Parade, Stoke, Torpoint, Millbrook and Kingsand. If you are returning in the dark, please bring a torch to safely aide your return to the bus stop.
