Ticket Terms & Conditions

We have put this together so that you know what we will do if we are all affected by a Government enforced restriction, or if you/we need to cancel this experience for any reason including inclement weather.

Please ensure you are happy with this before you make an online purchase.

On arrival at the entrance

Please arrive at the time you select. When you arrive you will need to show us a printed copy of your ticket confirmation or an electronic copy on your mobile device. We will need to scan the smart code on it.

If we need to cancel and close the attraction

We may have to cancel due to any reason. If we are forced to do this, then we will update our website and send you an E-Mail immediately.

If you have purchased cancellation cover
If you purchased cancellation cover, then we will fully refund all of your tickets and any extras on your booking, excluding the £1.89 booking fee and the £5.99 cancellation cover fee. Please allow 5 working days for this to appear on your card statement.

If you have the flexibility to visit us on an alternative date, then you are also welcome to amend your visit for free. If you subsequently then decide not to attend you can still request a full refund up to 1 hour prior to your entry time.

If you do not have cancellation cover
If you do not purchase cancellation cover then your booking will automatically be put ON HOLD. You can then simply contact us when it is convenient for you to amend your booking for free to an alternative, future opening date.

If you are unable to make any remaining event dates prior to 2 January, 2022 then we will provide you with a credit voucher of the full transaction cost (excluding the £1.89 booking fee) to spend on tickets next Christmas. You will need to redeem this voucher prior to 1 January, 2023.

If you need to cancel but we are open as normal

No problem – this is how we will assist you if you are not able to attend on your originally selected date.

If you have purchased cancellation cover
If you have purchased cancellation cover, then we will fully refund all of your tickets and any extras on your booking, excluding the £1.89 booking fee and the £5.99 cancellation cover fee providing you contact us more than 1 hour before your admission time. Please allow up to 5 working days for this to appear on your card statement.

If you have the flexibility to visit us on an alternative date, then you are also welcome to amend your visit to a future date for free. If you subsequently then decide not to attend you can still request a full refund up to 1 hour prior to your admission time.

If you do not have cancellation cover
Advance online purchases are non-refundable but are amendable for free when you provide us with at least 48 hours notice. You are welcome to amend your visit date as many times as you like by clicking on the ‘manage your booking’  link on your E-Mail ticket confirmation.

You can amend your booking to an alternative date with less than 48 hours notice by calling us on 0371 789 1024 between 9.00am – 5.00pm. There is a charge of £10 to do this. The £10 fee is chargeable every time you make a confirmed date amendment with less than 48 hours notice.

If you do not attend

Unfortunately we cannot assist you further if you arrive late or fail to attend the experience.

If you have made a mistake

Don’t worry – we will happily fully refund, amend and/or rectify any online purchases up to 24 hours after the original payment was made providing this is also more than 1 hour prior to your admission time.

Right of admission

Tickets are issued in accordance with these terms and conditions of admission, which we will ask you to agree to when you make a purchase on our website.

Age Supervision
This year, everyone in your group will require an admission ticket – including infants. Children 15 or under must be accompanied by at least one person who is 18 or older.

Government Restrictions
Due to COVID-19, the UK Government may enforce updated restrictions and we will kindly ask everyone to comply with this.

Right of admission reserved
We reserve the right to review and subsequently change the prices at any time. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove from the park anyone should we deem it necessary to do so. This includes anyone who does not comply with our safety rules or appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No refunds or amendments are permitted under this clause.

Operations
We may also temporarily alter or change any part of the advertised experience for any reason. Some routes and advertised activities may not be available due to technical issues, changes in terrain, temporary ground conditions, special events and/or inclement weather.
