We have put this together so that you know what we will do if we are all affected by a Government enforced restriction, or if you/we need to cancel this experience for any reason including inclement weather.

Please ensure you are happy with this before you make an online purchase.

On arrival at the entrance

Please arrive within 15 minutes of the time you select. When you arrive you will need to show us a printed copy of your ticket confirmation or an electronic copy on your mobile device. We will need to scan the smart code on it.

If we need to cancel and close the attraction

We may have to cancel due to any reason. If we are forced to do this, then we will update our website and send you an E-Mail immediately. We will provide you with a refund excl. the £1.99 booking fee or you can rescheduel your visit to an alternaitve future opening date.

If you need to cancel but we are open as normal

No problem – this is how we will assist you if you are not able to attend on your originally selected date.

If you have purchased amendment protection
If you have added amendment protection to your order, then you can amend your visit for free as many times as you like up until 24 hours prior to your visit time. Simply click on the ‘manage your booking here’ link on your ticket confirmation E-Mail.

If you have purchased refund protection
If you have added refund protection to your order, then we will fully refund your order excl. the booking fee and protection fee providing you cancel by E-Mail or Facebook Messenger at least 24 hours prior to your visit time. Please allow 7 days for this to appear on your card statement.

If you do not add protection to an order
Unfortunately online ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-amendable if you do not add on amendment and/or refund protection.

If you do not attend

Unfortunately we cannot assist you further if you do not attend as we have guaranteed your party at a specific time.

If you have made a mistake

Don’t worry – we will happily fully refund, amend and/or rectify any online purchases up to 24 hours after the original payment was made. Just get in contact with us by E-Mail or Facebook messenger below.

Right of admission

Tickets are issued in accordance with these terms and conditions of admission, which we will ask you to agree to when you make a purchase on our website.

Age Supervision
This year, everyone in your group will require an admission ticket – including infants. Children 15 or under must be accompanied by at least one person who is 18 or older.

Government Restrictions
Due to COVID-19, the UK Government may enforce updated restrictions and we will kindly ask everyone to comply with this.

Right of admission reserved
We reserve the right to review and subsequently change the prices at any time. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove from the park anyone should we deem it necessary to do so. This includes anyone who does not comply with our safety rules or appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No refunds or amendments are permitted under this clause.

We may also temporarily alter or change any part of the advertised experience for any reason. Some routes and advertised activities may not be available due to technical issues, changes in terrain, temporary ground conditions, special events and/or inclement weather.
